Tier 1: Run by Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists
Tier 2: Run by Fitness Professionals
Aqua classes suitable for all levels to improve cardiovascular/balance/range of movement and flexibility
Using pool equipment/body weight to strengthen and improve your balance in low impact classes

This is a gentle, low impact exercise program is suitable for people with any form of diagnosed arthritis. Each class is led by a physiotherapist and the program will include exercises for strength, flexibility and balance.
The classes will consist of both seated and standing exercises. Alternatives will be provided for those who wish to remain seated.
Participants who attend must be diagnosed with arthritis, and be able to hear and understand instructions.
It is recommended that you consult with your doctor before commencing a new exercise program.
*Please wear comfortable clothes for exercising and bring a water bottle.
Time: Tuesday’s 1:30pm to 2:15pm.
Cost: $70 ($60 online).
This is a gentle exercise program suitable for people with any form of diagnosed arthritis. Classes are led by Jane Stott, Physiotherapist.
This program will include exercises for strength, flexibility and balance.
The class can be done mostly sitting down if necessary, mat exercises are optional.
Please wear comfortable clothes for exercising and bring a water bottle.
Time: Monday’s 11:00am to 12:00pm.
Cost: $95 ($85 online)
The movements of the Tai Chi for Arthritis program have been specifically designed to be safe for people with arthritis. The slow movements prevent injury, but build muscle strength and calm the mind.
This ten-week program is delivered by Arthritis & Osteoporosis WA on Monday’s from 11:30am – 12:30pm, 12:45pm – 1:45pm and 1:45pm to 2:45pm. The ten week course costs $115.
