This class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance and flexibility.
I have designed the class to make sure they are varied and challenged. There are also Chair based exercise options.
I will encourage you and support you while ensuring you are using correct technique and safety.
My sessions are affordable at only $6.00 and are held in an atmosphere that is fun, enjoyable and welcoming!
A compulsory appraisal must be completed prior to taking part in the class or I may request Doctors Sign off if required.

Can cater for persons who are under this age who may not be able to attend anything other group fitness classes in town but you will need to contact me to ensure I can determine this class is right for you
Chair based exercise class-based in Wongan Hills.
The classes target over 60 years old, however others who may not be able to attend other exercise classes are able to attend.
Small hand weights are used during the one hour class.
