Active Seniors Circuit – Beechboro

A freestyle workout for people over 50. Classes are in a group format designed to improve fitness, functional strength and balance, using a mixture of weights, machines and body weight exercises in a fun and safe environment.

Classes on Monday mornings at 10am.
