One of the most effective and safe ways to get yourself fit and into shape. Exercises are done to rhythmic music standing in chest or deep water. This is a great way to exercise as it causes less stress on the body, bones, and joints.

Aqua Wellbeing (Deep Water)
A fun and enjoyable deep water, low impact workout combining strength, muscle endurance and cardio exercise. As water supports 50% of your body weight, there is less stress being placed on your joints making it ideal for eveeryday fitness levels and rehabilitating exercises. Classes introduce you to working in deep water with a buoyancy belt. Designed to improve balance, core strength and coordination, Aqua WEllbeing will improve circulation, lower your blood pressure and relieve muscle pain.
