Better Balance and Strength
The focus will be on improving and maintaining balance and lower body strength in a fun and safe environment. We will also be incorporating Tai Chi, which research has shown to relieve pain caused by muscular skeletal conditions, improve health, balance and also helps improve range of movement in joints. All levels welcome.
Mondays: 10.45 am to 11.45 am
Wednesdays: 9am – 10am
Fridays: 9am – 10am
There is also a class at Whitfords Community Centre on Thursdays from 12pm – 12:45pm.
