Better Balance, Cardio & Strength Classes – Craigie
Better Balance and Better Cardio & Strength Classes focus on improving and maintaining balance and lower body strength in a fun and safe environment. All levels of fitness are catered for with most exercises being done using the support of a chair for safety.
Tuesday: 1pm (Balance & Boxing for Parkinsons)
Fridays: 9am and 10am (Cardio/Strength/Balance)
Please note that as of Friday 5th February there will be only one class at 9.30 am. The first Friday of most months may be held in the park on the Cnr of Cambawarra and Eagle st. Please contact Lesley (0414 938 303) if this is going to be your first class.
Lesley also runs Better Balance and Better Cardio & Strength classes at Whitfords Seniors Centre, Mullaloo Church and Warwick Stadium.

The main target audience for this program is: Older adults with identified strength and balance issues, Older adults who want to join an exercise group
When is the program delivered: Fridays and Tuesdays
Cost: $5 for cardio/strength/boxing and $10 for Balance & Boxing for Parkinsons
