Better Balance, Cardio & Strength Classes – Mullaloo

Better Balance and Better Cardio & Strength Classes focus on improving and maintaining balance and lower body strength in a fun and safe environment. All levels of fitness are catered for with most exercises being done using the support of a chair for safety.

Monday: 9 am (Cardio / Strength / Balance)

Classes are $3 each.
