Chair yoga for seniors – Bassendean
Chair yoga makes yoga accessible to those with physical limitations. If you find it difficult to practice on the floor or experience knee and back pain, this gentle yoga can help you stay active and enhance mobility. While seated on chairs, participants do modified yoga postures to strengthen arms and legs, open hips and energize the body.
The session is very gentle yet allows you to work out every part of the body. Our oldest student is 98 years old! It’s never too late to try.
