Chair Yoga for Seniors – Bassendean

What is Chair Yoga?

While seated on chairs, we can do modified yoga postures and stretch every part of the body. It makes yoga accessible to those with physical limitations. If you find it difficult to practice on the floor or experience knee and back pain, this gentle yoga can help.

What are the benefits of yoga?

Regular yoga practice builds body strength and flexibility. It helps reduce muscle stiffness and build balance as well.
The session is very gentle yet allows you to stretch every part of the body.

This is a community yoga class. Invest $5 for your well-being.
