Chair Yoga

Yoga has been shown to increase strength and balance and helps reduce the risk of falls.

Chair yoga uses a chair for stability to achieve the yoga poses while having the same health benefits.

Added benefits include flexibility, reduced stress and social interaction.

Facilitated by an accredited Yoga instructor it is a fun and gentle way to achieve great health results.

Type of service or program: Strength and balance exercise programs

When is the program delivered: Mondays and Thursdays 11am - 12pm

Cost: $7.50 per class, bookings are essential
