Dru Yoga Class – Bunbury
Dru Yoga is a very gentle, accessible, and inclusive style of flowing yoga with some similarities to Tai Chi. Can be modified and adapted and even done with a chair for balance or sitting. Dru Yoga encourages you to move your body, improve your balance and strengthen your legs. It is ageless and suitable for every ‘body’.
You will be taught by Nicky who has worked with older adults in the community care sector and has also facilitated Living Well: Chronic Disease Self Management programs that included gentle exercise, progressive muscle relaxation and mindfulness.
