Seaside Exercise Physiology deliver a variety of initiatives for older adults including;

‘Living Longer Living Stronger classes for over 50’s:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Unit 7, 2 Amesbury Loop Butler

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention:

  • Wednesday 1:30pm and Satursday 10am
  • Unit 7, 2 Amesbury Loop Butler

Hydrotherapy classes:

  • Tuesday 1:50pm and Thursday 12:50pm
  • Aquamotion Recreation Centre, Wanneroo

Aqua Aerobics 50+:

  • Tuesday 6pm
  • Unit 3, 1 Hughie Edwards Drive Merriwa
