Exercise Right for Active Ageing: Group exercise for over 65’s- Osborne Park

Exercise Right for Active Ageing is designed to help over 65’s to get moving in a safe and social environment, tailored to all ability levels.

Over 12 weeks, our trained exercise physiologists will take you through a range of exercises and activities to enhance your strength, coordination and general fitness levels in a safe, fun and interactive environment.

Type of service or program: Strength and balance exercise programs

The main target audience for this program is: Older adults with identified strength and balance issues, Older adults who want to join an exercise group

Cost: The Pre-exercise screening & trial class are free. The initial assessment by our Exercise Physiologist will cost $18.50. Each group training session will be $8.
