Fit and Fifty – Exercise for over 50’s – Balga

A slower paced class conducted in the gym by qualified Personal Trainers. The class comes together as a group to do a warm up and cool down, the instructor assists participants in the gym while they complete their individualised exercise programs. This class is suitable to anyone over 50 who wishes to have extra assistance in the gym and wants to improve strength and balance. The class is available on a membership or casual cost of $10 per class.
