Footy Fitness

Love the Game, but can’t play 4 quarters anymore?

Want to be able to kick the footy with the grand kids?

Footy Fitness is fun safe and social. Designed for men 55 and over!

The Village Hub is joining with the West Coast Eagles to present this program which will focus on developing your fitness, balance and strength through footy skills and gameplay within a safe and fun environment at Mineral Resources Park – Home of the West Coast Eagles.

Each session culminates with a post-game social catch-up inside at the Aquila Café. No footy experience required!

A great way to make new friends and get fit this May.

The main target audience for this program is: Older adults who want to join an exercise group, Older adults who are looking to join a sporting club or participate in a leisure activity

When is the program delivered: Every Wednesday from 7:30am-9:30am

Cost: Non-members $10 Village Hub Members $8
