Seven Stars Tai Chi Association of Australia Incorporated – Mundaring

Join an authentic yang style tai chi beginner’s class now!

Mundaring class at The Hub of the Hills – ‘an active place for active people’.

Wednesday evenings 7:00pm.

Tai chi is an enjoyable, slow and gentle form of exercise, originally developed as a martial art. Regular practice of Yang style Tai Chi has great health benefits, including improved balance, posture, circulation, calmness, coordination and strength. The structured fluid movements appear relaxed externally, yet should be internally firm. In essence, Tai Chi is aimed at achieving a longer life through better physical health and greater happiness. People of all ages and abilities are welcome to attend an initial no obligation free lesson. (Please provide own adult supervision for any under 18’s). Loose-fitting comfortable clothes and flat-soled shoes are recommended. Class dates are aligned to the WA school terms, (approx. 10 weeks duration). A modest fee is charged for new and ongoing enrolments to cover venue hire and Association costs.
