Functional Fitness for Seniors – Cottesloe

An exercise class that focuses on balance, moving the body, proper technique, and challenging the body using a variety of stimulus; such as resistance bands, light weights, and balls.
The focus of functional fitness is about building your body to be capable of performing daily activities and tasks.

This class is running at Shine Community Services in Cottesloe.
