Lifespan Dance – Seated Dance Classes
Endorsed by Dance for Parkinson’s Australia, seated dance classes are an enjoyable way to move your body to music, in a safe and supported space – your chair. Suitable for people with Parkinson’s, MS, limited mobility and balance concerns, this is an invigorating way to exercise and keep your movement pathways strong.

When is the program delivered: Wembley Community Centre - FRIDAYS - 11:30am -12:30pmMandurah Performing Arts Centre - MONDAYS - 10:00 - 11:00am Outreach services available - classes can be taught in Aged Care, residential villages, Senior Learning Centres.
Cost: $10 per class. Outreach classes are case-by-case and need to be booked in advance.
