LifeTrail outdoor exercise equipment
“LifeTrail Equipment” is a series of exercise information stations designed specifically to meet the needs of the active older adult. Designed to allow the older adult to exercise safely, the LifeTrail stations contain a range of information on maintaining a healthy lifestyle including the benefits of exercise, healthy eating, Tai Chi, stress reduction and exercises for your mind.
The stations provide exercise for the heart, lower body warm up, torso stability, upper body warm up, stretches and balance.
Outdoor Gym equipment and LifeTrail fitness and wellness stations have been installed in ten parks and reserves across Vincent: Hyde Park, Britannia Road Reserve, Banks Reserve, Robertson Park Reserve, Beatty Park Reserve, Menzies Park, Charles Veryard Reserve, Mick MIchael Reserve, Les Lilleyman Reserve, and Forrest Park.
