Living Longer Living Stronger – Osborne Park

Living Longer, Living Stronger is an evidence based strength training program for people over the age of 50 years. It aims to maximise opportunities for people to engage in affordable, high quality, individualised exercise programs. The sessions are run by physiotherapists, allowing us to accommodate clients with chronic conditions who may need a higher level of supervision in order to exercise safely.
