Living Longer Living Stronger – Balcatta

Our Living Longer, Living Stronger program is an evidence based strength training program for people over the age of 50. The training sessions are run by physiotherapists, allowing us to accommodate clients with chronic conditions and those who may need a higher level of supervision in order to exercise safely.

Stay On Your Feet® is provided by Injury Matters and funded by the Western Australian Department of Health.
