Movement Classes with the Feldenkrais Method

Participants are verbally guided to perform various movements in a methodical and step-by-step manner that are designed to improve flexibility, coordination, balance and other capabilities. Suitable for mature people who wish to expand their mobility or ease into activity or self-manage their pain and discomfort. Individual lessons are also available.

The program is delivered by:

The main target audience for this program is: Older adults with identified strength and balance issues, Older adults who want to join an exercise group

When is the program delivered: Short series of classes are delivered at various times through the year. Please enquire for details.

Cost: $100 for a series of 4 classes
