Movement Classes with the Feldenkrais Method
Participants are verbally guided to perform various movements in a methodical and step-by-step manner that are designed to improve flexibility, coordination, balance and other capabilities. Suitable for mature people who wish to expand their mobility or ease into activity or self-manage their pain and discomfort. Individual lessons are also available.
