Osteoporosis Exercise Classes – Shenton Park

This program is led by a physiotherapist and is specifically for people who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or who have experienced a first “low trauma” fracture. Improving balance and strength reduces the risk of falls and fractures which will result in a substantially improved quality of life. Classes are held in Shenton Park and Willetton. Term 2 classes commence early May, register online at to receive the $10 discount, or call 9388 2199.
