Over 50’s Circuit Class – Wongan Hills

Over 50’s Circuit class is held on Fridays at 9am

Bookings are a must

This class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance and flexibility.

I have designed the class to make sure they are varied and challenged. There are also Chair based exercise options.

I will encourage you and support you while ensuring you are using correct technique and safety.

My sessions are affordable at only $6.00 and are held in an atmosphere that is fun, enjoyable and welcoming!

A compulsory appraisal must be completed prior to taking part in the class or I may request Doctors Sign off if required.
