Perron Place – Taiji for Parkinson’s
Taiji is used throughout the world as a gentle form of exercise with many health benefits including improvement of balance, mobility, concentration, relaxation and more. Ging Mo Academy accommodates participants from beginner level to advanced, and everyone in between. No prior Taiji experience is necessary and everyone works within their limits.
