Pole walking – Gosnells

Come along and join in a fun interactive walking group which utilises poles to provide a low impact cardio exercise while enjoying the company of likeminded people. Pole walking is an enjoyable method of walking using specially designed poles that exercise both the upper and lower body. Poles are available for loan or you’re welcome to use your own.

Walking sessions are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 am – 9:30 am
