Qi Gong

The set of varying body movement, breathing, and coordination exercises are designed to move energy or Qi throughout the body whilst increasing strength, balance, mobility and calming the mind.

The main target audience for this program is: Older adults with identified strength and balance issues, Older adults who want to join an exercise group, Older adults who are looking to join a sporting club or participate in a leisure activity, Older adults who are looking for local health/community services

When is the program delivered: Sunday 7.30am at Jetty Baths Beach in Bunbury ( in front of Vat 2 restaurant) Thursday 7.30am at Jetty Baths Beach in Bunbury ( in front of Vat 2 restaurant)

Cost: $80 for a block of 10 classes or $10 for a casual class
