Qigong and Tai chi- Bunbury

Qigong/Tai Chi is a series of exercises which form the corner stone of Traditional Chinese Medicine and were developed over 5000 years ago by the Taoist Monks in China. The exercises are designed to move the vital energy or Qi as the Chinese call it around the body. With the free flowing of the Qi through the body illness and disease can be avoided. Apart from the medicinal and obvious physical value of the exercises they are also very meditative leading to a very calm and still mind which is great for anxiety and depression. The exercises are easy to learn and suitable for people of all ages and capability.

Join us on Tuesdays at 5:30pm (Spring/summer) or 4:30pm (Winter) and Fridays 7:00am at Jetty Baths beach just down from Vat 2 Bunbury (Autumn/Winter location changes to indoors please check).
