The Long Live You program is a partnership initiative of the City of Albany, Shire of Denmark and Shire of Plantagenet, offering a unique suite of physical, social and educational programs. Designed to assist in creating more active and healthier lifestyles for the Lower Great Southern 60+ community.
The program runs from a range of outdoor locations, local recreation centres and other venues such as retirement villages. There will also be exclusive pop-up
programs in various locations.

Albany Over 50’s Social Dancers have a weekly Thursday dance with a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is welcome to join in for a lovely afternoon of dancing. Free tea and coffee is available.
Weekly dance classes run on a Thursday from 1-4pm.

Clients are afforded the opportunity to tell their story and health concerns to a compassionate and supportive staff member. The staff member evaluates the health issue and refers the client to the appropriate agency and best possible care.
