Exercise Right for Active Ageing is designed to help over 65’s to get moving in a safe and social environment, tailored to all ability levels.

Better Balance and Better Cardio & Strength Classes focus on improving and maintaining balance and lower body strength in a fun and safe environment. All levels of fitness are catered for with most exercises being done using the support of a chair for safety.
Tuesday: 1pm (Balance & Boxing for Parkinsons)
Fridays: 9am and 10am (Cardio/Strength/Balance)
Please note that as of Friday 5th February there will be only one class at 9.30 am. The first Friday of most months may be held in the park on the Cnr of Cambawarra and Eagle st. Please contact Lesley (0414 938 303) if this is going to be your first class.

Whether you’re new to exercise or have been working out for decades, Super Seniors are over 55 exercise classes and is the fun way to keep fit with like minded people.
Super Seniors fitness classes is a Bailey Fitness exercise program designed specifically for those over 55 years of age. It focuses on improving strength and flexibility and maintaining fitness and it’s suitable for everyone over 55, regardless of their fitness level.
For beginners and advanced yogis alike, UWA Sport offers a fully guided practice in a welcoming, peaceful environment. No membership required – just come on down, sign in and enjoy the serenity of outdoor yoga on the beautiful grounds of UWA.
Please bring your own mat, limited mats are available on first come basis. We suggest you bring along your favourite beach towel if you don’t own a yoga mat.
We offer a number of different lesson types.
Two scheduled senior computer lessons per week. One is an informal group, where the learners set lessons individually. The other has a formal set topic, class style session.
Loan devices are available and one-on-one sessions are available with a booking.
The Centre aims to provide services to meet the needs of people 55 years and over who represent a growing sector of our community. People with disabilities are especially invited to use the facility.
