Seniors Chair Based Exercise class – Wongan Hills

I run a chair based exercise class using small dumbbell for strength. We also include section of the class to balance and core work.

Little bit of cardio, strength, balance and core all mixed into one.

Lovely 1960’s through to 1990 music

Can cater for persons who are under this age who may not be able to attend anything other group fitness classes in town but you will need to contact me to ensure I can determine this class is right for you
