Shibashi Tai Chi

This is a proven falls prevention activity

Tai Chi is a gentle and graceful exercise that improves
muscle strength, flexibility, balance and immunity.

Moves are easy to learn and beginners are welcome to join in.

The program is delivered by: Fitness Instructor

The main target audience for this program is: Older adults who want to join an exercise group, Older adults who are looking to join a sporting club or participate in a leisure activity

When is the program delivered: Every Thursday from 9:30am-10:30am

Cost: Non-members $12 Village Hub Members $8
