Small Group Pilates Equipment classes

Book in for a regular class and learn how to correct your posture, get strong and learn tips for staying active in and around your home. We also run Fitball Classes that are scheduled intermittently depending on numbers and run for a specific number of weeks that give you a new focus to your balance work and adds a bit of fun to your workouts. Look out for our Workshops that also run intermittently and focus around staying safe and strong at home – eg. how to do a safe squat and how this relates to gardening or bowls.
