Tai Chi

The set of Tai Chi exercises is designed to move vital energy, or Qi, around the body.  The exercises can lead to a calm and still mind, are great for anxiety and depression, and increase mobility, balance, strength and coordination.

The main target audience for this program is: Older adults with identified strength and balance issues, Older adults who want to join an exercise group, Older adults who are looking to join a sporting club or participate in a leisure activity, Older adults who are looking for local health/community services

When is the program delivered: Monday 5.30pm - Intro to Tai Chi held at Bunbury Senior CitizensWednesday 5.30pm - Tai Chi held at Bunbury Senior Citizens

Cost: $100 for a 10 week term
