Tai Chi for Arthritis – Shenton Park
The movements of the Tai Chi for Arthritis program have been specifically designed to be safe for people with arthritis and osteoporosis. This evidenced based program builds muscle strength, improves balance, promotes relaxation and improves and overall quality of life. Classes are offered in Shenton Park and Mundaring.
