Tai Chi for Arthritis – Mundaring
The movements of the Tai Chi for Arthritis program have been specifically designed to be safe for people with arthritis. The slow movements prevent injury, but build muscle strength and calm the mind.
This ten-week program is delivered by Arthritis & Osteoporosis WA on Wednesday’s from 10:30am – 11:30am (Beginners) and 11:45am to 12:45pm.
