Tai Chi for Arthritis – Mundaring

The movements of the Tai Chi for Arthritis program have been specifically designed to be safe for people with arthritis. The slow movements prevent injury, but build muscle strength and calm the mind.
Type of service or program: Strength and balance exercise programs
The main target audience for this program is: Older adults with identified strength and balance issues, Older adults who want to join an exercise group, Older adults who are looking to join a sporting club or participate in a leisure activity
When is the program delivered: This ten-week program is delivered by Arthritis & Osteoporosis WA on Monday's from 11:30am - 12:30pm, 12:45pm - 1:45pm and 1:45pm to 2:45pm.
Cost: The ten week course costs $115.
