Tai Chi for Arthritis & Wellbeing – City Beach

Join us every Thursday morning at 8.30am on the beautiful sun deck overlooking the gardens. This program is proven to help improve arthritic pain, improve mobility/balance and ultimately help with falls prevention. Enjoy the relaxation and mindfulness of this program too – benefiting both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Class is 45min – cost of $8 per session.
