Tai Chi – Karrinyup

Authentic Yang style Tai Chi is an enjoyable and gentle form of exercise with many health benefits, including improved balance, posture, circulation, calmness, coordination and strength.

Tai Chi originated as a martial art and now promotes long life through better health and happiness.
Loose comfortable clothes and footwear are recommended.

The main target audience for this program is: Older adults with identified strength and balance issues, Older adults who want to join an exercise group, Older adults who are looking to join a sporting club or participate in a leisure activity

When is the program delivered: Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Class dates align to the WA school Terms, (approx. 10 weeks)

Cost: A modest enrolment fee is charged to cover venue hire and our registered not for profit association costs.
