Tai Chi – Merriwa

Deb runs two Tai Chi for Arthritis classes at the Jenolan Way Community Centre Merriwa on Fridays.

This form incorporates modified Sun Style movements and is a great form for anyone just beginning their tai chi journey, whether they have arthritis or not. People with almost any chronic condition can learn to improve their health and mobility. This safe easy-to-learn program relieves pain and improves health and quality of life.  There is no requirement for participants to have arthritis to participate in this class.

  • 1:00pm-2:00pm (Beginners) No prior tai chi knowledge expected.
  • 2:15pm-3:15pm (Level 1) Must have experience with Tai Chi for Arthritis.

$8 per session – bookings essential.
