Tai Chi @ The Beach

Tai Chi @ The Beach offers 2 programs.

The main difference between these 2 programs is that Tai Chi @ The Beach classes run by 10 week structured terms in line with school term dates .The course is taught in a traditional learning curve format with a routine that builds week by week . The aim of the course is that by the end of the term the student will be able to remember and practise the routine without supervision.

We also practise Qigong as part of this course.
Bookings are essential for these classes and fees are paid in advance per term.

My Chi is an easy to follow along session, with an emphasis on meditation. It is aimed at achieving relaxation right from the word go . There is no need to book , as it is pay as you go.

Many students attend both classes as each is an extension of the other.

Classes run in Sorrento, City Beach, Mandurah and Carine

Type of service or program: Strength and balance exercise programs
