Tai Chi – Wanneroo

This is an ongoing Tai Chi for Arthritis class. The modified Sun Style form is a great form for anyone just beginning their tai chi journey, whether they have arthritis or not.  There is no requirement for participants to have arthritis to participate in this class.

Thursdays 9:15am – 10:15am

$8 per session – bookings essential.
