Taoist Tai Chi Society™ North Beach

The Taoist Tai Chi™ Society offers Tai Chi classes for all ages and abilities.

Tai Chi aims to improve holistic health and wellbeing. The health benefits of Tai Chi include improved circulation, improved balance and posture, increased strength and flexibility, and reduced stress.

Classes run on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings.
