Albany Over 50’s Social Dancers

Albany Over 50’s Social Dancers have a weekly Thursday dance with a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is welcome to join in for a lovely afternoon of dancing. Free tea and coffee is available.

Weekly dance classes run on a Thursday from 1-4pm.

Tai Chi – Mundaring

Tai Chi classes at Hub of the Hills Mundaring, 7pm Wednesdays – all levels.

Seven Stars Tai Chi Association of Australia Incorporated is a registered not for profit association dedicated to promoting Authentic traditional Yang style tai chi (as taught by the Fu family and in memory of Grandmaster Fu Sheng Yuan – 1931 to 2017).

Fostering the Fu Family motto of Diligence, Perseverance, Respect and Sincerity.

Affiliated with the World Yong Nian Tai Chi Federation.

Strength Group – Fremantle

This is a weekly class that focuses on standing balance and fall prevention strategies. Ideal for those wanting to improve lower limb strength, improve physical reaction, improve their capability and maintain mobility.

Water Ponyz Water Aerobics Classes – Muchea

If you enjoy active/fun and low impact exercise then water aerobics offers all of this plus much more. The class is run by very enthusiastic aerobics instructors who encourage all the clients to work at there own pace and level reducing any injuries or help nurse injuries.

Better Balance, Cardio & Strength Classes – Whitfords

Better Balance and Better Cardio & Strength Classes focus on improving and maintaining balance and lower body strength in a fun and safe environment. All levels of fitness are catered for with most exercises being done using the support of a chair for safety.

Tuesday: 8:30 am, 9:30 am and 10:30 am (Cardio & Strength)

Thursday: 11:30 am (Better Balance)

Thursday: 8:30 am, 9:30 am and 10:30 am (Cardio & Strength)

 

Cost: $35 per year to access all classes and activities.
