We offer 2 tiers:
Tier 1: Run by Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists
Tier 2: Run by Fitness Professionals
Aqua classes suitable for all levels to improve cardiovascular/balance/range of movement and flexibility
Using pool equipment/body weight to strengthen and improve your balance in low impact classes
Zumba Gold is a fabulously fun fitness program based on exciting Latin and international dance styles. It’s similar stylistically and musically to regular Zumba®, but it’s performed at a lower intensity level to be more accessible to certain people. Zumba Gold is intended for active older adults, Zumba beginners, fitness newbies, and other people that may need modified exercises.
Zumba Gold offers cardiovascular, toning, and balance training benefits in a party-like atmosphere. The moves are designed to be easy-to-follow for everyone. You don’t need any dance experience or exercise experience at all to get started. Like regular Zumba, Zumba Gold is exhilarating and effective, offering a full-body workout at a less intense level.

Ballroom dancing is a great way to improve your balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and cognition.

Come along and join in a fun interactive walking group which utilises poles to provide a low impact cardio exercise while enjoying the company of likeminded people. Pole walking is an enjoyable method of walking using specially designed poles that exercise both the upper and lower body. Poles are available for loan or you’re welcome to use your own.
Walking sessions are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 am – 9:30 am

Table tennis provides an opportunity to meet new people while improving overall fitness, strength, agility and improve hand to eye coordination.
Cost is $2 per session includes tea, coffee and biscuits.
Sessions run every Monday, 1pm – 3pm.

Only $10 per night for beginners classes. Tea, coffee and biscuits supplied.
