Campaign toolkits

To support health and community workers engage in the Move Your Body, Improve Your Health and Remove Hazards campaigns, during every campaign Stay On Your Feet® release a campaign toolkit which outlines ways in which health and community workers can engage in campaign activities.

The Remove Hazards campaign aims to educate older adults and health and community workers on the importance of creating safe environments, as well as looking after their eyesight and feet to prevent falls and promote health ageing. The Remove Hazards campaign toolkit provides all the information and campaign resources for health professionals and community groups to get involved in the Stay On Your Feet® Remove Hazards campaign. Inside this toolkit you will find a media schedule, ready to use social media posts, eSignatures, Injury Matters upcoming training and events, and a facilitator guide to host your own event.
