Moving your body will improve your balance and posture, strengthen your muscles and bones and improve your overall fitness and general well being. . Moving your body by building your balance and strengthening your legs is the best way to prevent slips, trips and falls.

Remove Hazards Presentation

The Remove Hazards presentation focuses on identifying potential hazards and risk factors in and around the home of older adults, which may cause a fall.

  • Information on the importance of having a safe living environment.
  • How to identify hazards in and around your home which may cause a fall.

  • Wearing Safe Footwear - including foot health & self care.
