Falls Prevention Online Learning

Are you an older adult looking to increase your knowledge of how you can Move Your Body to prevent falls?

The Stay On Your Feet® online learning modules are what you are looking for. On this page, you will be able to access our free online learning from the comfort of your own home. This means you can complete these modules at your own pace.

Move Your Body 

The new Move Your Body Online Learning Module allows you to improve your awareness and knowledge of the importance of strength and balance for healthy ageing and preventing falls.

To complete the Module:

  2. Register for an account.
  3. Confirm your email address.
  4. You are now ready to learn!
