Are you a member of a community group with other older adults? Our falls prevention presentations may be for you.

Through the Stay On Your Feet® program, Injury Matters offer free falls prevention presentations to groups of older adults. Our fun and interactive presentations take the group through the important steps they can take to reduce their risk of slips, trips and falls.

Presentations are delivered by trained older adult volunteers who come from a range of health backgrounds and are passionate about healthy, active ageing.

Stay On Your Feet® deliver the following falls prevention presentations:

  • Move Improve Remove (all steps to help prevent falls)
  • Move Your Body (strength and balance)
  • Improve Your Health (medication, nutrition and keeping a healthy mind)
  • Remove Hazards (make your home safer, eyesight and footwear)

Presentations typically last for 45 minutes with time for questions at the end. All participants receive Stay On Your Feet® resources to take home.

If you would like to book a free presentation, please call Sophie on 1300 30 35 40 or book your presentation online here.
