Community Connect

Staying connected to our community is becoming difficult during these challenging times, however, now more than ever, we need to keep socially and emotionally connected and engaged.

Injury Matters is seeking Expressions of Interest to join a FREE social connection program Community Connect, an easy-to-join network to help you keep a healthy mind and improve your health.

Community Connect links you with like-minded members of the community for a free chat. Every second month, you will be connected with another person from Western Australia who has joined the program. To view the Community Connect User Guide click here

You can share stories, activities for passing the time and get to know your community, all from the comfort and safety of your home. Connecting is easy, simply use email, phone or even video call, such as FaceTime.

If you do not wish to participate in Community Connect, we encourage you to pick up the phone and Skype or FaceTime a loved one. Remind your family and friends to #StayHomeStaySafe and #StayConnected.
